To My Dear Pharmacist Friends:
September 25, 2020, is World Pharmacist Day. This year’s theme is “Transforming Global Health.” We are marking this special day to illustrate how pharmacists contribute to a world where everyone benefits from access to safe, effective, quality, and affordable medicine.
World Pharmacist Day celebrates and recognizes the many contribution pharmacists make in our world and here at Westminster Pharmacy Services. Our dedicated team members play a very important role in the communities we serve and in the care provided to our residents. Along with dispensing medications and administering immunizations, our pharmacists offer invaluable advice on medications ensuring that quality and continuity of care is always first.
Pharmacists are the reason why people get the best from their medicine and the care they receive. Using their experience, knowledge, and expertise, pharmacists coordinate how medications are used among all the other factors involved in providing care.
I am honored to be associated with such a wonderful team of professionals, dedicated to service and driven to improve the quality of care for those we serve.
